I was going through all my old recipes and typing them up into a word document to save and Brandon walks in to discover this. He asked me what I was doing and I explained to him I was upgrading and throwing away my old, raggedy recipe book. He looked at me with his big brown eyes and says... but mom, what about when I get older? I won't know how to cook and I need these recipes.
I never laughed so hard. My son is an old soul and he shows it all the time.
So he wouldn't let me throw away my old recipe book and he kept it knowing that one day when he gets older he too will know how to cook. :o)
